Helena Prata, a partner at ALC - Angola Legal Circle, will be present at the "4th International Law Congress | Angola-Brazil-Portugal" which will address "The Internationalization of Law and Development".
The congress sponsored by the Pontifícia University of São Paulo and by the University of Lisbon Law Faculty will take place on 19 and 20 April between 09:30 a.m. and 5.30p.m. at the Agostinho Neto University's Law Faculty in Luanda.
Helena Prata will be present on the first day of the congress on the panel that will debate the "Entrepreneurial freedom in Portuguese speaking countries".
