Helena Prata, partner of ALC - Angola Legal Circle Advogados, is one of the members on the winning list of the Angolan Bar Association's elections. She was elected to be a member of Luanda's Provincial Council from the Angolan Bar Association.
The winning list - A list - was headed by Hermenegildo Cachimbombo, the elected Angolan Bar Association's president.
