Helena Prata appointment as Vice-Chair of the ICC Global Commission on Anti-corruption and Corporate Responsibility

Helena Prata has recently assumed the position of Vice-Chair of the ICC (International Chambers of Commerce) Global Commission on Corporate Responsibility and Anti-Corruption. The appointment is for a three-year term.

The role of Vice-Chair of the Global Commission on Corporate Responsibility and Anti-corruption is a leadership role that includes leading the discussions at the bi-annual commission meetings, contributing to the elaboration of the commission work programme and building consensus within the commission on the development of commission policy products.

Another key role of a commission Vice-Chair is to as act as spokesperson and ambassador for the commission and its work, including vis-à-vis governmental decision-makers and media.
