Catarina Levy Osório

Catarina Levy Osório, a member of the Angolan and Portuguese Bar Associations, is a founding partner at ALC Advogados and also a partner at Morais Leitão. 

Catarina has relevant experience in Angolan law, advising clients on corporate, private investment, tax and labour law in that jurisdiction. She also participates in several mergers and acquisitions projects.

She is frequently involved in banking and finance, handling various types of financing operations, and related foreign exchange matters. 

Previously Catarina worked as tax consultant in another law firm and on a major international consulting firm, providing assistance to clients from different sectors on VAT and other indirect tax matters, acquiring relevant experience on the development of tax diagnostics and on the implementation of corporate structures following their tax impacts. 

Catarina is ranked as a leading lawyer by the most prestigious international legal Directories such as Chambers & Partners, IFLR and Legal 500, for her expertise on Corporate and M&A.
