Daniela Sousa Marques

Daniela Sousa Marques joined the firm, a member of the ML Legal Circle, in January 2023. She is also a Principal Associate at Morais Leitão, also a member of the ML Legal Circle. 

She started her activity with several national and foreign companies in the areas of labor law, both in terms of individual labor relations and collective labor and social security relations, having also represented such companies in labor and social security litigation.
 

In recent years, she has been involved in international and cross-border transactions relating to the jurisdictions of Portuguese-speaking countries, namely Angola, Cape Verde and Mozambique, working, since January 2023, frequently with the firm, integrated in ML Legal Circle, accompanying clients in the international and cross-border dimension of their activities in that jurisdiction. 

She participates in conferences and several articles in international publications, with special focus on matters related to labor law from various jurisdictions.
