Sophie Frazão

Sophie Frazão joined the firm in 2019.
She supports clients who intend to internationalize, as well as those already present in Angola, in the areas of labor law, corporate law and public procurement, together with their Angolan colleagues.
She has a large experience advising clients in foreign investment operations, international partnerships and restructuring in the transportation, construction, banking, industry and services sectors.

Portuguese and English.

Education
Law degree (Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa). Postgraduate in Gestão Fiscal das Organizações (IDEFE – Instituto Superior de Economia e Gestão).
