Rosário Kalenga da Silva joined the Firm in March 2023.
His professional activity is focused in the areas of private investment, commercial, corporate and M&A. He has been involved in several transactions in these practice areas and has provided legal advice to national and international clients.
Between 2019 and 2022, Rosário worked as a trainee and associate lawyer at AVM Advogados, focusing on the Portuguese and Angolan jurisdictions.
He has advised on private investment projects and public financing operations, as well as on sovereign debt issuance. He also regularly advises on matters related to the energy and natural resources sector, namely on foreign exchange and corporate matters.
