Liliana Canudo Cruz has been a consultant at ALC Advogados since 2018 and an associate at Morais Leitão since 2016.

Liliana has almost ten years of experience in assisting private companies in the context of international and cross border transactions and investments in the Angolan jurisdiction.

Liliana provides legal assistance to various international companies and groups seeking to invest and establish themselves in Angola and advises on a wide range of practice areas, including foreign private investment, corporate, commercial contracts, data protection, foreign exchange regulations, real estate and employment.

She has relevant experience in public finance/sovereign debt issue operations and has also acted as legal advisor in several M&A operations and disposals of companies.
