Helena Prata is one of the speakers at the "Biennial IBA African Regional Forum Conference: future-proofing the African Legal Profession - meeting the opportunities of regional integration, technology disruption and fostering sustainability", organised by the International Bar Association in partnership with the Rwanda Bar Association.
Partner Helena Prata is part of the panel dedicated to the theme "Mapping international Arbitration in Africa: what was changed in the last decade?". The speakers will analyse national arbitration (in the different African jurisdictions), the main challenges and opportunities in this area of practice and how the AfCFTA can bring international arbitration to the African continent.
The international conference will take place from 13 to 15 September in Kigali, Rwanda.
